Tarasakit in the Context of 4D Regenerative Medicine: A Transdermal Herbal Case Study of Pain Relief and Systemic Harmony
Pain is not merely an inflammatory symptom but a multidimensional disturbance involving the body, energy, mind, and time. This paper extends the findings of the original Tarasakit study (DOI: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.17182206) by embedding it within the conceptual framework of 4D Regenerative Medicine (DOI: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.17231528). Tarasakit is a transdermal herbal cream formulated with turmeric (Curcuma longa) and castor oil, providing rapid and sustained relief of musculoskeletal pain. Observational reports confirm improvements in onset of relief, duration of effect, mobility, and sleep quality. Interpreted through the 4D model, Tarasakit acts in the Body dimension via anti-inflammatory pathways, the Energy dimension by modulating nerve conductivity, the Time dimension by aligning with biological recovery rhythms, and the Mind dimension by reducing pain perception and improving quality of life. This synthesis demonstrates how Makmal Izzah’s 4D regenerative model can be applied in practice, offering a safe, effective, and culturally grounded approach to pain management.
