El Problema de los Datos Sesgados: Implicaciones para la IA en el Gobierno
This research explores the risks associated with the implementation of predictive artificial intelligence (AI) systems in governmental decision-making processes. Using a non-experimental qualitative approach, the study conducts an interpretative analysis of written sources. The findings highlight that the use of biased databases can lead to discriminatory decisions. The need to establish regulatory principles is emphasized. Understanding these mechanisms provides valuable insights into the intersections of AI, governance, and the protection of human rights. This work underscores how the improper use of AI can perpetuate inequalities and the need for a legal and ethical framework to guide the implementation of these technologies in the public sector.
