Le “nuove culture” nella dimensione giuridica internazionale. Tra interpretazione e prassi normativa
In reading the international situation and open issues at this time, it becomes clear how some principles or rules of international law are ignored or no longer applied in their content. This is despite the fact that they are cornerstones of established practice as well as part of instruments considered foundational to international relations and the functioning of the Community of States. We are not only facing a change in policies or balances, but rather the emergence of visions that culturally pose as substitutes, not simply alternatives, to the past. But what is their impact or their ability to impose themselves to regulate scenarios involving states, their arrangements, forms of integration, international Bodies or broader diplomatic activity? Education and training can also play an essential role, to foster a bottom-up approach and involves different social spheres.
