Research on Two-Stage Transportation Optimization of Emergency Supplies with Vehicle-Equipment Collaboration Based on Hybrid Tabu Search Algorithm
This paper constructs a two-stage emergency transportation network of "distribution center-warehouse-disaster sites". In the first stage, a linear programming model is established to determine the quantity of supplies in each warehouse with the goal of minimizing the unmet quantity of supplies in the warehouse. In the second stage, based on the Dynamic Truck-UAV (DTU) collaboration strategy, the truck-UAV routes from the warehouse to the disaster sites are solved with the goal of minimizing the total service time and delay time of the warehouse. For the two-stage model, a hybrid tabu search algorithm is proposed, and a linear solver and a tabu search-based algorithm are respectively used to solve the models. Through the computational analysis of datasets of different scales and algorithms, the correctness of the model and the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm are verified.
