Study on the propagation and attenuation mechanism of pres-sure waves within fractures during pulse fracturing
This dataset originates from the manuscript “Study on the propagation and attenuation mechanism of pres-sure waves within fractures during pulse fracturing” We develop and numerically solve a two-dimensional pressure-wave model that incorporates both steady and unsteady (dynamic) friction. Frequency-sweep and parameter-sensitivity simulations are performed to quantify how the driving frequency, steady-friction coefficient, unsteady-friction coefficient, and fluid viscosity govern resonant amplification and attenuation. The dataset enables full reproduction of all primary figures and tables in the study.
