多途径植被恢复驱动漓江流域水文地质条件调控的差异固碳

This dataset supports the findings of the study titled "Multi-pathway vegetation restoration drives differential carbon sequestration regulated by hydrogeological conditions in Lijiang River Basin". It contains spatially explicit data products essential for analyzing vegetation dynamics and carbon sequestration in the karst-dominated Lijiang River Basin (LRB) from 1990 to 2023.The dataset includes the following components:Remote Sensing Vegetation Indices: Processed annual time series of the Enhanced Vegetation Index (EVI) and Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) at 30 m resolution.Watershed Delineation: Vector boundaries of 331 sub-watershed units derived from hydrogeological analysis.Carbon Sequestration Estimates: Raster data of modeled annual Net Ecosystem Productivity (NEP) at 30 m resolution.Vegetation Restoration Pathways: A thematic raster map classifying areas into different restoration pathways (e.g., Artificial Forest Restoration, Natural Vegetation Succession, Ecological Degradation, Stable Vegetation).Supplementary Data (Spearman Correlation Coefficient): This includes the Spearman correlation analysis results matrix and the FDR-corrected significance P-values.Data are provided in widely accessible formats: GeoTIFF for raster layers (EVI, NDVI, NEP, restoration pathways) and Shapefile (or GeoPackage) for watershed vectors. These formats ensure compatibility with common GIS and statistical software. This dataset facilitates the reproduction of the study’s results and supports further research on karst ecosystem restoration, carbon cycling, and land management.
