Two-Layer Model for SES Pricing and Operation Optimization of Multi-Micro Energy Grids
To realize the efficient consumption of renewable energy under the goal of "dual-carbon", in this paper, we propose a cooperative optimization strategy for multiple micro-energy networks based on SES. A micro-energy system architecture with combined cooling, heating and power generation (CCHP) and shared energy storage (SES) is constructed firstly, the equipment operation constraints and energy balance are established. Secondly, a two-layer optimization model is established, in which the upper layer uses the comprehensive social welfare function as the optimization objective to determine the energy storage capacity and time-sharing tariff strategy, and the lower layer adopts mixed-integer linear programming to solve the optimal operation of multi-micro-energy network. The two-layer problem is solved by particle swarm algorithm and CPLEX solver. Analysis results show that proposed scheme can increase the demand of users to participate in the purchase and sale of electricity from the SES plant, reduce the annual operation costs. The optimizing the time-share tariff by using the comprehensive social welfare function can take into account the overall interests of the alliance and the balance of the interests of the alliance individually.
