DISTINCTIVE FEATURES OF OPERATION OF RADAR SYSTEMS
This work is aimed at determining differences in the operation of radar stations of the same class. A typical structure of a radar station is considered, the basic principles of its components operation are described: a transmitting module, a receiving module, an antenna, an antenna switch, a processing system and a system responsible for controlling and synchronizing devices. The process of continuous and pulse probing signal generation is described. Distinctive features of the functioning of radar systems are revealed. Differences in the operation of coherent and incoherent radar systems are indicated.
