Reduced surgical complications in graft-masked 3D Ti mesh for alveolar augmentation: A retrospective comparative study

This retrospective study compared the efficacy of unmasked meshes and graft-masked meshes techniques for alveolar bone defect augmentation using 3D-printed titanium mesh. The results demonstrated that the graft-masked meshes technique reduced titanium mesh exposure and pseudo-periosteum rates while enhancing osteogenic efficiency.
