Application of Mathematical Modeling Methods for the Analysis of Regulatorika of Living Systems
The article uses mathematical modeling methods to analyze the interaction of liver cells (hepatocytes) and hepatitis viruses at the molecular-genetic level. The modes that can be observed in the joint regulatory activity of hepatocytes and hepatitis viruses in the human body are analyzed. In addition, the regulation of cell communities in the skin epidermis under normal and abnormal conditions is studied. During the study, it was found that within certain parameter values, the system under consideration has trivial and nontrivial equilibrium states. In this case, the absence of nontrivial equilibrium states indicates the stability of the rest state. Therefore, this indicates the presence of stable and oscillating operating modes in the first quadrant. The regulation of the number of epidermal cell associations was also studied using the methodology of modeling the regulatory mechanisms of cell communities of functional units of multicellular organisms and bringing the corresponding values of the number of homogeneous cell groups to the characteristics currently accepted in this article. The use of mathematical modeling methods in predicting the activity of living systems is one of the urgent issues of our time, not only for human health.
