DeepSeek Empowering Healthcare and the Reflections on Professional, Legal, and Ethical Game

With the rapid promotion of generative artificial intelligence tools such as DeepSeek, more and more patients are turning to such technologies for medical consultation during the diagnosis and treatment process. Through three real clinical cases, this paper deeply analyzes how the application and involvement of DeepSeek can give rise to conflicts in medical practice between doctors and patients. From a positive perspective, DeepSeek has the ability to break through time and space limitations, enabling sustained and intensive communication with patients, which can effectively compensate for the shortcomings of traditional clinical diagnosis and treatment. However, when dealing with complex problems, there may be "hallucinations" that can easily mislead diagnostic results and affect treatment decisions. In addition, the phenomenon of asymmetric professional knowledge between traditional doctors and patients may be broken by DeepSeek's "professional knowledge equality", which puts higher demands on the professional competence of clinical doctors in the real world.
