An Enhanced Linear ADRC Method Integrated with Robust Deadbeat Predictive Current Control for IPMSM
Deadbeat Predictive Current Control (DPCC) has been widely adopted in permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) drive systems. However, conventional DPCC exhibits significant parametric sensitivity. To enhance system robustness, this paper proposes a robust deadbeat predictive current control method based on an incremental motor model, which achieves wider stability margins and steady-state error elimination under parameter mismatches. Furthermore, when the speed loop of PMSM is subjected to external disturbances, the control performance degrades substantially. To address this limitation, an enhanced linear active disturbance rejection control (LADRC) with cascaded extended state observers (CESO) is developed. The CESO estimates and compensates lumped disturbances in a feed-forward manner, ensuring accurate disturbance rejection and dynamic recovery. Finally, the proposed current-loop control strategy is integrated with the speed-loop LADRC framework to establish a complete motor control architecture.
