Analysis of the Normative Framework of Medical Research under the Context of Professional Differentiation
The professional behavior that emerged after the division of scientific research has been accompanied by new and diverse academic misconducts. The academic norms that only target researchers cannot effectively constrain the newly emerged professional behavior, and academic norms should be enriched along with professional differentiation. In the field of medical research, current academic norms primarily cater to medical researchers, with limited emphasis on other related professions. The establishment of a comprehensive framework for medical research norms remains incomplete. This paper explores the differentiation characteristics in scientific research occupations and medical academic norms, analyzes the behavioral norms of key stakeholders including core actors, relevant management authorities, and scientific research service providers within the medical community following professional differentiation, and aims to establish a comprehensive framework for medical research norms.
