Investigation of the Effect of Simulation Signal Parameters on the Operation of Consumer Navigation Equipment in an Anechoic Shielded Chamber
Global navigation satellite systems are currently the most accurate global all-weather and instantaneous means of determining consumers' location and time synchronization. The domestic GLONASS system ensures national independence in the field of navigation and time support through its use in all sectors of the economy, solving defense and security problems, and conducting scientific research. At the input of the navigation receiver, in addition to the true signal, there may be a signal that completely matches it, but carries other information. Such signals may appear, for example, as a result of multipath. The presence of simulation signals at the input of the navigation receiver impairs the accuracy of determining coordinates. The paper considers the influence of simulation signals on consumer navigation equipment, considers the main parameters of simulation signals, and examines the influence of simulation signal parameters on consumer navigation equipment. The methods of testing consumer navigation equipment for the effects of simulation signals in an anechoic shielded chamber are also considered.
