Biofortification ZnSB

Sorghum is a promising wheat substitute that thrives on marginal lands. However, research on enhancing zinc (Zn) content in sorghum grain using zinc-solubilizing bacteria (ZSB)-enriched organic fertilizer remains limited in Indonesia. This study aimed to improve organic fertilizer quality biofortified with ZSB and assess its impact, in combination with Nitrogen, Phosphorous, and Potassium (NPK) fertilizer, on the growth of sorghum, grain yield, soil Zn availability, grain Zn content, and NPK fertilizer efficiency.
