STATISTICAL ANALYSIS OF FREIGHT VOLUME FROM CHINA TO BELARUS: ASSESSING ITS IMPACT ON THE ECONOMIC SUSTAINABILITY OF THE EURASIAN TRANSPORT CORRIDOR
The article discusses the economic feasibility of the Eurasian transport corridor by analyzing cargo volume data for the China-Belarus route. From the 2022-2024 operation data, the study uses main indicators of Twenty-foot Equivalent Unit (TEU) volume, transit efficiency, and operation capacity to assess the sustainability of the corridor. The findings exhibit a steady dynamic of growth, with a 10.7% increase in TEU volume in 2024, along with high operational efficiency, testifying to the routes' increasing strategic importance and its active contribution to regional economic integration and supply chain stability.
