Obesity Cost-Effectiveness Calculator.zip
Open-source tool for cost-effectiveness analysis of a regional lifestyle/behavioral program for obesity. It implements a deterministic cohort model (annual cycles, half-cycle correction) with optional probabilistic sensitivity analysis (PSA), exposed via an interactive Streamlit app for scenario exploration.Core featuresCohort dynamics: all-cause mortality (applied once at cycle start), treatment success, dropout, primary failure, recurrence, benefit decay, optional escalation to surgery.Perspectives: Payer (direct costs only) vs Societal (direct + indirect), with a toggle to include/exclude indirect offsets in ICER/NMB.Economic settings: real € with configurable discounting and inflation; price year reported in outputs.Sensitivity: Monte Carlo PSA (ICER/NMB) with fixed seed for reproducibility and one-way tornado analysis.Outputs: annual tables and summary (ΔQALY, ΔCost, ICER, NMB), CE plane, CEAC, NMB histogram, tornado, and budget-impact plots; export to XLSX/PNG.
