Adaptive compensation control of flexible high-rise building systems with input deadzone

This article presents an adaptive compensation control methodology designed to address the effects of input deadzone in flexible building systems. In this methodology, the input deadzone is systematically divided into two distinct components: the anticipated control input and the nonlinear error term. Building upon the framework of boundary control, an adaptive compensation mechanism is incorporated to effectively compensate for the aforementioned error. The proposed control method has been proven by Lyapunov function, confirming that under this control algorithm, the system is ultimately uniformly bounded. Finally, this article further confirms the feasibility and practicality of the proposed control method through simulation and platform experiments.
