PMSM Sensorless Control Based on Fractional-Ordersuper Coil Algorithm
In order to solve the problem of large error in the estimation of rotor speed and position of inductive permanent magnet synchronous motor caused by high-frequency jitter and the mismatch of back-electromotive force amplitude caused by high-frequency jitter in the sliding mode observation algorithm, this paper proposes an adaptive supercoil observer based on PLL, which has the advantages of high efficiency, stability and robustness. A new type of sliding mode is designed to replace the original PI current loop to improve the performance of the system by improving the stability of the current, and the continuous function is used instead of the switching function to reduce the jitter on the basis of the traditional sliding mode observer. A PLL latch is used instead of the traditional arctangent to estimate the rotor position. Adaptive rate is designed to replace a low-pass filter by measuring the back EMF. The results show that the permanent magnet motor can be stabilized at 400r/min at 0.008 seconds, with less jitter value, low torque ripple float, and more stable system.;
