Performance Analysis of Improved Lyapunov Optimization for LoRa Communication Networks in Interference Environments
With the rapid development of Internet of Things technology and the in-depth construction of smart grid, LoRa technology has been widely used in distribution network systems with its long distance and low power consumption characteristics. Aiming at the coupling optimization problem of interference suppression in wireless communication networks with high density LoRa equipment distribution, a joint optimization framework based on Lyapunov-DRL is proposed in this paper. By building a dual-layer control architecture, the communication parameters and energy consumption of LoRa equipment are dynamically optimized, and the average data throughput and average energy efficiency of LoRa equipment are improved under interference conditions. The simulation results show that the average data throughput and average energy use efficiency of the proposed method in interference scenarios are significantly improved compared with traditional methods due to more reasonable and scientific allocation of LoRa equipment communication parameters, which provides theoretical support for large-scale LoRa equipment in distribution network systems.
