Widespread influence of artificial light at night on ecosystem metabolism: data and R script
See the readme.txt file for a description of the R script, datasets and variables and how to runData availability note
This dataset contains derived products generated from the FLUXNET2015 dataset (https://fluxnet.org/data/fluxnet2015-dataset/). Specifically, we provide site-level daily and annual summaries, processed variables, and model outputs used in Johnston et al., Widespread influence of artificial light at night on ecosystem metabolism. These files are released under a CC-BY 4.0 license.
Important: The raw half-hourly FLUXNET2015 data are not included here, as redistribution is prohibited by the FLUXNET data policy. Researchers wishing to access the original half-hourly observations should obtain them directly from the FLUXNET portal (https://fluxnet.org/data/fluxnet2015-dataset/), subject to the data use agreement.Illustrative script is provided for the analysed half-hourly dataset in the R script, alongside example LMMs, GAMMs, SEM and sensitivity analysis for the derived daily and annual datasets.
