Priority Ranking Method for Electric Heavy-Duty Trucks in Inland Port Area Based on an AHP-CRITIC-Improved TOPSIS Model

To accelerate the electrification transformation of inland port area and address the issue of disorganized participation of electric heavy-duty trucks in demand response (DR), this study proposes a priority ranking method specifically designed for such vehicles. The method begins with the selection of relevant priority indicators, followed by the integration of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the CRITIC method to determine the combined weights of each indicator. An improved TOPSIS model based on the Tanimoto coefficient is then developed to establish a priority ranking strategy, enabling the orderly participation of electric heavy-duty trucks in demand response. A simulation based on a case study from a specific inland port demonstrates the effectiveness of the selected indicators and the practical value of the proposed ranking method, offering a theoretical foundation for formulating demand response participation strategies for electric heavy-duty trucks.
