The TEAR Method – Life in Continuity: A Neuroscience-Based Integrative Approach to Emotional Grief and Pain Regulation
This work presents the TEAR Method – Neurobehavioral Modulation for Pain and Emotional Disorders, an integrative model based on the Primordial Marcela Frequency Theory. The study explores how sound, silence, and vibrational frequencies can modulate pain perception, regulate emotional states, and foster expanded consciousness. Over the past two years, the TEAR Method has advanced from theoretical foundations to preliminary interventions, showing promising results in the context of emotional grief and trauma related to abuse. The approach combines neuroscience, behavioral observation, and music-based vibrational language to provide a natural and measurable path for emotional regulation. This article aims to contribute to the global discussion on grief, pain, and consciousness, offering an alternative perspective that bridges science, music, and integrative practices.
