Research on the Simulation Test Method for the Safety of Civil Aircraft Power Failure

For the confirmation of power supply failure state tracing and the confirmation of failure state levels, it is necessary to study and confirm the impacts of "total loss of all power supply functions" on the aircraft's functions, the crew's workload, and the aircraft's maneuverability. This paper proposes an automated simulation test method for power supply failure safety based on a distributed platform. This method uses the functional logic models of the power supply system and related systems as the test infrastructure. It also develops test cases based on the key parameters of the safety requirements of the power supply system, and then develops an automated test model and a fault injection model based on these test cases. The automated test model, fault injection model, and related system models are integrated to conduct distributed real time simulation tests. This technology digitizes the key parameters that need to be confirmed in the safety requirements of the power supply system. By arranging and combining these parameters to develop test cases, it can effectively cover the scope of requirement confirmation. The form of automated simulation testing simplifies the test process and can efficiently support the confirmation of the tracing of aircraft power supply failure states and the confirmation of failure state levels.
