Execution of Compensation in Corruption Crimes in Indonesia: A Case Study Approach

<pre>This paper explains that there is a problem between the executing prosecutor at the Central Jakarta District Attorney's Office who carried out the execution of replacement money by confiscating assets against 2 convicts from the mega corruption practice in the PT Asuransi Jiwasraya case. Namely Benny Tjokrosaputro (President Director of PT Hanson International) and Heru Hidayat (President Commissioner of PT Maxima Integra tbk.). When the Executing Prosecutor carried out the execution of the convict's assets, there were assets that were hidden and transferred to third parties and some assets were hidden abroad. So this caused the Executing Prosecutor to have difficulty in tracking the assets belonging to these 2 convicts and required quite a long time.</pre>
