Evaluation of Students' Experience in Using Online Learning Platforms as Supporting Tools for Learning Technology Courses in Higher Education Institutions in Indonesia

Implementing a digital platform in education signifies integrating online learning as a medium to support learning. The interaction between students and the online learning platform is one of the things that must be considered. This study aims to evaluate the experience of students in Indonesian universities who utilize the online learning platform, W3Schools. A total of 389 respondents filled out a questionnaire adopted from the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) and analysed using UEQ Tools to understand more about user experience. The data analysis results are promising. Still, one aspect must be considered, namely the novelty scale, where W3Schools must be able to innovate more in developing this platform. This study can help developers understand online learning platforms' trends and user preferences.
