The High-Risk Gambit: Why Corporations Can't Plagiarize TML's Sacred Zero
This paper examines the structural and reputational risks of attempting to replicate or rebrand Ternary Moral Logic (TML) without attribution. It highlights how cryptographic seals, the Goukassian Promise, and immutable provenance via ORCID make plagiarism of TML legally indefensible and reputationally damaging. The analysis further considers how open-source investigative journalism (OSINV) accelerates exposure of functional plagiarism, often within hours. The conclusion is that intellectual property law now functions as an unexpected guardian of ethical frameworks in artificial intelligence. The work is written in a satirical yet rigorous style, blending narrative and analysis to show why attribution is inevitable and why licensed compliance is the only viable path forward.
