The Mediating Role of Internet of Things among Small and Medium-Sized Logistics Enterprises: A Pilot Study

This paper aims to investigate the role of Internet of Things (IoT) in mediating the relationship between Core Capability (CC) and Firm Performance (FP) of Small and Medium-Sized Logistics Enterprises (SMLEs) in Shanghai, China. Researcher is conducting a Pilot Study for small sample of SMLEs in Shanghai, China. The questionnaires of this study are taken from previous research and have been modified to align with this study. The instrument validity and reliability were examined by an expert panel and analyzing the small sample with the assistance of SPSS software version 25. The result shows the instrument is reliable towards the mediating role of internet of things among SMLEs.
