A Control and Measurement System for Diamond NV Center Magnetic Field Measurement Based on the ZYNQ Platform
This thesis proposes a design scheme integrating data acquisition and pulse generation on the ZYNQ platform for application in a pulsed diamond nitrogen-vacancy (NV) center magnetic field measurement system, achieving real-time magnetic field calculation and miniaturization of the measurement and control system. The high-speed data acquisition card designed in this thesis features a dual-channel sampling rate of 1.25 Gsps and a resolution of 96.44 μV. The pulse generator supports 4 channels of 3.3V and 4 channels of 1.8V pulse outputs, with a resolution of 2ns and a channel switching error of 2ns. Comparative experiments demonstrate that the hardware method proposed in this thesis exhibits similar magnetic field measurement performance to commercial instruments used in the laboratory.
