An Active Disturbance Rejection Control based phase-locked loop for the sensorless high-speed PMSM
Aiming at reducing the position estimation error of the high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motors (HSPMSM), this paper proposes a complex vector EMF observer based on the LADRC-PLL. Through the parameter design of LADRC-PLL, the implementation complexity can be reduced. This method achieves a 75% reduction in jitter at 8.5 krpm, while maintaining an angular error of less than 0.02 radians at 100 krpm. Comprehensive simulation verifies stable operation in a wide speed range (0.5 - 100 krpm), and experimental verification at a control frequency of 20 kHz and a carrier ratio of 12 shows that the anti-interference performance is improved compared with the traditional PI-PLL architecture.
