Exploratory Application of Artificial Intelligence in the Construction of Digital Archives—Taking the whole life cycle management of scientific research archives as an example

With the explosive growth of archive data and the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, traditional digital archives have been difficult to meet the increasingly efficient and accurate archive management needs. The advantages of artificial intelligence technology in terms of data processing efficiency, information mining depth and service accuracy provide a new opportunity for the construction of digital archives. This paper takes the whole life cycle management of scientific research archives as an example, divides the whole process of scientific research projects into three key stages: project demonstration, research implementation and process management, project acceptance and results management, and focuses on analyzing the application scenarios and management strategies at different stages of the whole life cycle of the scientific research projects by taking advantage of the strengths and potentials of AI in data processing, intelligent analysis, automated management, etc. The aim is to optimize the functions of digital archives and enhance the efficiency of archive management. The aim is to optimize the function of digital archives, improve the efficiency of archive management, explore the value of archives, and promote the intelligent transformation of archive management.
