Semántica en Antígona Gozález
This article examines the orthotypographic and semantic dimensions of Sara Uribe’s Antígona González (2012), a poetic work that reimagines the Antigone myth in the context of Mexico’s war on drugs and enforced disappearances. The study focuses on the unconventional use of punctuation, typographic variation, and fragmentation as strategies that disrupt normative language conventions and foreground absence, silence, and collective testimony. By linking linguistic analysis with literary and cultural perspectives, the article highlights how typography and semantics become central to the text’s political and poetic power.
