Control of Variable Flux Leakage Permanent Magnet Motor Based on Maximum Power Factor
In this paper, aiming at the problems of low power factor, large calorific value and low control accuracy of traditional motor control strategy in the application of variable flux leakage permanent magnet motor, a maximum power factor control strategy considering the factors of parameter variation is proposed. Due to the change of inductance and flux linkage, the inductance adjustment coefficient and the magnetic adjustment coefficient are introduced, and the mathematical model of the new motor is constructed. Through the analysis of the steady-state vector diagram of the motor, the current is reconstructed, and the McLaughlin series is used to simplify it, which improves the control accuracy and operation efficiency. Finally, the analysis verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of the control method.
