Optimization Solution for Intelligent Upgrade of Logistics Scheduling System in Photovoltaic Panel Production Workshop
This study investigates the optimization strategies for the logistics scheduling system in photovoltaic (PV) panel production workshops. The swift progress in the photovoltaic industry and intelligent manufacturing technologies has rendered the enhancement of production efficiency and the minimization of operational costs as paramount concerns. This study focuses on a PV panel workshop within a high-tech enterprise, analyzing existing challenges within its logistics scheduling system, such as equipment misalignment, material flow disruptions, and inflexible scheduling algorithms. An optimization framework with a dual focus on efficiency enhancement and cost reduction is proposed, alongside an experimental evaluation of a material scheduling algorithm and simulation model, to maximize bottleneck process production capacity. Specific measures include refining the automated guided vehicle (AGV) scheduling algorithm, minimizing idle time, and adjusting workshop layouts and site configurations. Post-optimization results demonstrate improved precision and speed in material flow management, effectively shortening production cycles while lowering operational expenses and enhancing both quality and consistency of PV panel products. This study provides a valuable reference framework for implementing intelligent transformation in PV panel production workshops, with its methodologies having been successfully validated through practical production applications.
