Widely-Tunable, Narrow-Linewidth Picosecond Optical Parameter Oscillators Based On Intracavity Dispersion Management
Wavelength-tunable, narrow-linewidth picosecond optical parametric oscillators (OPOs) are important for many applications, including infrared spectroscopy [1] and coherent Raman imaging [2]. A Lyot filter is usually inserted into the cavity of picosecond OPOs to reduce the signal bandwidth. Recently, picosecond OPOs using a volume Bragg grating were reported, enabling a wavelength tuning covering 3740-3955nm [3].
