Research on comprehensive evaluation method of resilience distribution network based on FAHP - risk entropy weight method

• In view of the numerous uncertain factors and potential risks that affect the safe and stable operation of distribution networks, a multi-dimensional comprehensive resilience evaluation index system is constructed, and a comprehensive resilience assessment method for distribution networks combining the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and the risk entropy weight method is proposed. The subjective and objective weights are equally involved in the solution process of the weights of each index, and the comprehensive assessment is based on the improved TOPSIS method. Four index weight solution algorithms are used to solve and calculate the comprehensive resilience index and compared. The results verify the priority and feasibility of the comprehensive resilience index assessment method proposed in this paper. In response to the complex challenges posed by the uncertainty of renewable energy output and the coupling of multi-dimensional risks in ensuring the safe and stable operation of distribution networks, this study proposes an integrated resilience assessment method for distribution networks that combines the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) with the Risk Entropy Weighting Method. First, based on the characteristics of renewable energy output uncertainty, the adverse scenario identification method is used to construct a set of typical fault scenarios. Second, the FAHP-risk entropy weight coupling model is employed to calculate the subjective and objective weights of the indicators, and the combination weighting method is used to optimize the weights. Subsequently, the improved TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) is introduced for comprehensive evaluation of the schemes. Finally, simulation experiments were conducted based on an improved IEEE 33-node distribution system. The results indicate that the constructed comprehensive resilience assessment framework demonstrates good applicability and effectiveness, providing decision support for enhancing the resilience of distribution networks.
