Conducting a Quantitative Study on ChatGPT to assess its Reliability in both Educational and Job Sectors
The article reviews the impact of ChatGPT on education and job sectors, especially the IT professionals and the students of the universities. A survey was conducted with 230 participants; 200 were active users of ChatGPT. We could then break down the quantitative results by factor analysis for key insights into how much it was perceived as reliable and efficiency. This indicates that 87% of the users said that there has been a positive effect in their lives related to efficiency and educational support because of ChatGPT. Usage patterns are nearly in balance demographically: more men than women, but females are not far behind. IT experts appear generally positive about using ChatGPT, even with the potential threat of job displacement. In contrast, students express more apprehension, viewing ChatGPT as a possible risk to future employment. This positions ChatGPT on two fronts: as a tool for boosting productivity and as a source of unease regarding job security.
