فاعلية أساليب تدريس مواد الاجتماعيات في المدارس الثانوية العراقية دراسة ميدانية وتحليل تربوي.

This research presents a field-based and analytical study on the effectiveness of teaching methods of social studies in Iraqi secondary schools. The main objective is to evaluate the impact of different pedagogical strategies on students’ academic achievement, motivation, and classroom participation. The study applied a descriptive-analytical methodology, using structured questionnaires distributed to both teachers and students, and the collected data was analyzed with appropriate scientific methods. The findings reveal that interactive and technology-supported teaching approaches are more effective in improving students’ learning outcomes and enhancing their engagement compared to traditional teaching methods. The study also highlights the challenges that teachers face in adopting modern educational practices, including insufficient training, limited resources, and lack of institutional support. Based on the results, the research provides practical recommendations to improve the quality of social studies education in Iraq by encouraging the integration of innovative teaching strategies and the creation of more student-centered learning environments.<br><br><br><br>
