Voltage-Model Flux Observation with Adaptive Dynamic Cut-off Frequency Tuning and Stator Resistance Compensation for Induction Motor Drives
Sensorless vector control of induction motors is widely adopted in industrial applications due to its low cost and high reliability, where accurate flux observation is critical for drive performance. Aiming at the DC drift and low-frequency distortion issues in voltage-model-based stator flux observation for induction motors, this paper proposes a speed-adaptive dynamic cut-off frequency adjustment strategy integrated with online stator resistance compensation to achieve decoupled optimization of flux amplitude and phase. The method prioritizes amplitude compensation at low speeds and noise suppression at high speeds, demonstrating robust performance across wide speed ranges. Experimental results validate the feasibility of the proposed algorithm.
