Magnetic Integrated Design of Input Side Filter Inductor For Swiss Rectifier
Magnetic integration can effectively reduce the core size and loss of the input LC filter inductor of three-phase Swiss rectifiers. However, the integration of traditional EI or EE cores may lead to the problem of phase skewing, which is prone to cause three-phase current imbalance and other problems. This paper analyzes the principle of magnetic integration of the input inductor of the three-phase Swiss rectifier in detail, and elucidates the mechanism of three-phase unbalance by magnetic integration. In order to improve the three-phase balance, a new spatial structure 120° symmetrical three-phase Swiss rectifier input inductor core structure, is designed and compared with the discrete inductor. Further combined with magnetic simulation, the correctness of the theoretical analysis in this paper and the effectiveness of the designed magnetically integrated structure of the three-phase Swiss rectifier are verified.
