Automated Predictive Maintenance & Risk Stratification for Industrial CO2 Capture Systems
**Abstract:** This paper introduces a novel framework, the HyperScore Predictive Maintenance (HSPM) system, for optimizing the operational efficiency and minimizing risk in Industrial Carbon Dioxide Capture (ICCC) facilities. Leveraging multi-modal data ingestion, advanced semantic parsing, and a dynamically weighted hierarchical evaluation pipeline, HSPM provides a highly accurate, proactive assessment of equipment health and process anomalies. The system generates a HyperScore, a normalized and boosted metric reflecting the combined probability of failure and severity, enabling resource-optimized maintenance scheduling and proactive risk mitigation. HSPM demonstrates a potential for 15-20% reduction in ICCC operational costs and a significant decrease in forced downtime events, contributing to the accelerated decarbonization of heavy industries.
