GAMING TECHNOLOGIES AS A MEANS OF INCREASING MOTIVATION TO LEARN GERMAN

The article examines modern approaches to teaching foreign languages in Azerbaijan, with a special emphasis on the use of gaming technologies in the process of learning German as a second foreign language. The article analyzes the possibilities of digital platforms such as Kahoot, Quizlet and Duolingo, their functions and role in increasing student motivation. Special attention is paid to the effectiveness of gamification in generating interest in learning and enhancing learning activities.
