"Lupus as a Triphasic Magnetic Overload Process"
This paper reconceptualizes systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) as a disorder of magnetic coherence overload rather than a purely biochemical or genetic autoimmune disease. Within the Magnetic Information Density (MID) framework, lupus emerges through a triphasic cascade: (i) initiation from destabilized lymphoid nodes exceeding the lupus-specific Wilcox Constant (κ_lupus), (ii) amplification via runaway spin-coherence across immune networks, and (iii) fixation through systemic propagation by the Ω_L operator. The model introduces a fully dimensionless formalism linking local overload (ΔMID_node), network-wide escalation (S_eff), and systemic locking (ΔMID_systemic), with feedback damping (γ_feedback) as the regulatory mechanism. Lupus is thereby reframed as a topological information overload process, complementing the decoherence failure of HIV-AIDS. This framework enables falsifiable predictions through electromagnetic diagnostics and suggests therapeutic strategies based on restoring systemic coherence—targeting network topology rather than immune suppression.
