Opportunity Paper: Building India's Recursive FMCG Grocery Backbone
This paper presents BWG Horizon’s blueprint for transforming India’s grocery backbone into a recursive national nervous system. Anchored in Processing Centers (PCs), Replenishment Units (RUs), and Export Houses, the framework provides state-by-state allocation and GDP impact modeling derived from population share and supply chain uplift data. It highlights the scale of opportunity for entrepreneurs (to build and operate PCs, RUs, and Export hubs under BWG Horizon’s protocols), for government (employment generation, GDP growth, and export competitiveness), and for investors (₹3–4 lakh crore investment requirement with a ₹17–18 lakh crore GDP return). The paper integrates employment creation, GDP multipliers, and recursive intelligence flows into a comprehensive national infrastructure roadmap, turning grocery into one of India’s most strategic sectors. By enabling both domestic efficiency and global export leadership, this document positions India to become the world’s grocery capital. Contact for queries: [email protected]
