ASAP CRN Cloud Release

The ASAP CRN Cloud is pleased to announce the 3.0.0 release of data which expands our datasets and harmonized collections of Human Postmortem-derived Brain Sequencing (PMDBS), and also introduces non-human (Mouse) datasets. In addition to an update to the PMDBS Single Cell (sc) RNAseq Collection, and the PMDBS bulk RNAseq Collection, we are introducing two spatial RNAseq Collections – a PMDBS Spatial RNAseq Collection and a Mouse Spatial RNASeq Collection – derived from brain slices. Our other datasets are organized as Other PMDBS and Other MOUSE Datasets. In future releases we will also make additional Collections and Datasets from different modalities available. The current data collections represent the fully fledged data product and processes are readied being expanded as additional data is uploaded into the CRN Cloud on a monthly basis. In addition to expanded data modalities from Human and Mouse PMDBS samples, we have already been accepting contributions of datasets derived from iPSC, and other Human tissue sources. Furthermore, additional modality datasets are anticipated, such as proteomics, transcriptomics, and additional sequencing types (ATACseq, multimodal-seq, etc.) Stay Tuned!
