D3.2 Report on the implementation of the capacity building scheme
This deliverable delineates the capacity building scheme of the SUPPORTER project and the steps taken for its successful implementation and completion. This comprehensive and dynamic plan has been strategically designed to equip eight Implementing Organisations (IOs) in Central and Eastern European higher education sports institutions with crucial knowledge and skills for advancing gender+ equality and played a pivotal role in the successful development of their innovative, intersectional, inclusive and impactful Gender Equality Plans (4I-GEPs). The deliverable outlines the three core capacity building activities: the training programme, the mutual learning programme, and the mentoring and monitoring scheme. The training programme offered IOs the necessary theoretical knowledge and practical skills for the co-design and implementation of their institutional roadmaps towards gender+ equality and 4I-GEPs. The mutual learning programme expanded on the learnings of the training programme, facilitated the exchange of ideas and best practices among participants, and fostered collaboration, while the mentoring and monitoring scheme oversaw the co-creation and implementation of institutional roadmaps and 4I-GEPs offering invaluable support and tailored guidance to the eight IOs. The deliverable also provides a detailed description of each activity’s content and objectives, and crucial information about participant feedback and organisers’ reflections.
