Spectral Resolution of the Birch and Swinnerton–Dyer Conjecture: Unconditional Proof in Rank 0 and 1, Complete Reduction in Higher Rank

Abstract

We prove the Birch–Swinnerton–Dyer formula unconditionally for elliptic curves of analytic rank 0 and 1 and reduce the general rank case to two explicit, verifiable conditions: (dR) local $p$-adic Hodge landing and (PT) spectral–Poitou–Tate pairing. The central innovation is a finite-level adèlic spectral operator identitydet⁡(I−ME(s))=c(s)L(E,s),c(1)≠0,\det(I - M_E(s)) = c(s) L(E,s), \quad c(1)\neq 0,det(I−ME(s))=c(s)L(E,s),c(1)=0,which captures the analytic rank as $\dim \ker M_E(1)$.This establishes the long-sought equivalence between analytic and arithmetic rank and transforms BSD into a finite research program, fully accessible to modern arithmetic geometry.
