Photonic Collapse Phenomena-From Liquid Light to Frozen Light in the Framework of the Universal Gravito--Informational Theory (TGIU)
This compendium interprets experimental breakthroughs in nonlinear optics---liquid light, frozen light, and the Zel’dovich effect---through the Universal Gravito--Informational Theory (TGIU). These phenomena are unified as manifestations of 2D$\to$3D informational collapse with CID-dependent outcomes, measurable by Informational Entropy ($\mathcal{S}$). Drawing from recent experiments, classical theory, and extensions of collapse resonance dynamics, we provide a comprehensive treatment suitable for scientists, engineers, and the informed public. This expanded manuscript includes background, theoretical derivations, graphical representations, tabular comparisons, simulation cases, algorithmic regulators, and discussions of technology pathways including room-temperature superconductivity, TRB-Zel’dovich batteries, fusion start-up regimes, and gravity manipulation concepts.
