Teory of Everything Unified Logical-Informational Framework (ULIF) An Informational Ontology of Physical Reality
Abstract The Unified Logical–Informational Framework (ULIF) is a first-principles architecture in which lawful physical behavior emerges from informational constraints instead of presupposed spacetime ontology. Its central observable is the informational deficit, quantifying the difference between the full state of a system and the information accessible to an observer through a limited resolution channel. The framework introduces the Point–Infinity operator, capturing a modal trichotomy of can, cannot, and must, formalizing how finite informational points acquire meaning only in relation to recursively embedded informational horizons. Classical field equations, thermodynamic irreversibility, and quantum measurement arise as limiting descriptions of a unified informational action principle subject to axiomatic constraints including contractivity, additivity, locality, gauge covariance, and horizon relativity. ULIF offers concrete cross-domain empirical predictions with explicit criteria for falsification, spanning laboratory Casimir effects, cosmic microwave background modulations, black-hole ringdown spectra, and neural threshold phenomena. This information-based ontology unifies geometry, matter, and cognition as emergent coordinatizations of recursive informational deficit.
