4D Regenerative Medicine: A Space-Time Framework for Eternal Youth
Regenerative medicine traditionally emphasizes cellular and molecular interventions, yet human vitality is also influenced by consciousness, energy flow, and temporal rhythms. This paper presents 4D Regenerative Medicine, a conceptual framework developed at Makmal Izzah, integrating four dimensions — Mind, Body, Energy, and Time — with four systems — Nerve, Blood, Lymph, and Microbiome. The framework proposes that aging is disharmony, while regeneration is restored resonance across these axes. Comparative models such as the Biofield-Tissue Tensegrity Matrix, BERN Framework, and Trauma-Energetics are reviewed, but the 4D model uniquely integrates time and systemic mapping. Practical case studies are included from Makmal Izzah innovations: Tarasakit (pain relief), Tarabau (odor control), and DrSneez (sinus relief), showing how the framework is applied in practice. This synthesis provides a novel pathway toward maintaining vitality — “dying young at old age” — by harmonizing biological and energetic systems across four dimensions.
